TradingView has created this Spark index of major global fintech stocks for traders and investors to use as a barometer for the value of major listed financial technology stocks as an investment theme. The index is calculated daily using the price of stocks operating within the financial technology industry and is weighted according to the market cap of each component. Criteria for inclusion into the index required stocks to operate within the fintech space, have strong liquidity for trading, be listed on a major international exchange and must have a market cap of more than 500m at the time of creation.
