How to access financial data on TradingView

By accessing financial data — the foundation of fundamental analysis — you can assess the economic and financial health of a company. Using this information, you can determine whether a stock is overvalued or undervalued.

This data is derived from a company's financial statements. You can use it to compare companies by applying various ratios such as price-to-earningsdebt-to-equity, and others, to make informed investment decisions.

! Note: On Supercharts, financial data may differ from that shown in corporate reports.

In the upper toolbar of Supercharts, click the Indicators, metrics, and strategies button on the top panel and select the Financials tab

Then select the section you're interested in:

  • Income statement: Discover information on a company's income, costs, profits, and losses over a period of time. The income statement helps you understand a company’s profitability
  • Balance sheet: Examine a company's assets, liabilities, and shareholders' equity. The balance sheet allows you to evaluate a company's capital structure
  • Cash flow: Analyze the cash inflows and outflows of a company over a specific period. Review its free cash flow and cash from specific activities
  • Statistics: Compare, contrast, and assess a company’s valuation using financial ratios such as price-to-earnings, price-to-sales, and price-to-book

You can view financial data over different time periods, including fiscal year (annual), quarter (quarterly), or trailing twelve months (TTM). Some companies may not have quarterly data due to reporting practices in different countries or because the company is new and has not yet released an official quarterly or annual report.
