I upgraded to the Premium plan but my alerts still expiring in 2 months
You can set up your alerts unexpired, so they won’t be automatically turned off when the timer expiration setting is reached.
To set up unexpired alerts, follow these steps:
1. Open the Create/Edit alert window;
2. Click on Expiration section's button;

3. Enable the Open-ended option in appeared pop-up and then click on 'Set unexpired';

4. Save your alert.
