While both the old and new notes offer a return linked to the same index, as measured by its VWAP level, and cash distributions on its components, the new notes are subject to the issuers right of redemption at its sole discretion. The notes track a market cap-weighted index, consisting of 50 MLPs chosen based on distributions, with their primary revenue centered on midstream energy activities. Qualified midstream activities include gathering & processing, liquefaction, pipeline transportation, rail terminaling, storage, compression, and marketing. Note that holders of the note do not imply any ownership stake. JPMorgan Chase & Co. provides complete and unconditional assurance for any payments. Distributions will be taxed as ordinary income.
