EVX is a passively managed fund that tracks a thematic index of companies involved in environmental services across various industries. Companies derive significant revenue from activities such as environmental consulting & modeling, wastewater management & drainage solutions, water purification & treatment products/services, waste management services, environmental remediation & protection, air pollution control systems & carbon capture technologies, and/or waste-to-energy and biofuels. The fund does not invest in water utilities or recycling services. To qualify, companies must be listed on an exchange in select developing and developed countries. The fund selects at least 25 companies that meet market-cap and liquidity requirements. The market cap-weighted index is reconstituted and rebalanced quarterly, subject to free-float adjustments and concentration limits. Prior to Dec. 19, 2025, the fund tracked the NYSE Arca Environmental Services Index.
