GBUY targets the future consumer equity space by investing in companies based on key themes associated with the younger generation's priorities and spending habits, including the adoption of technology, and lifestyle preferences and values. In selecting investments, the fund considers a company's growth prospects and valuation without restriction to size or location. While the fund uses a fundamental process, the adviser plays a large role in the actively managed portfolio. Key themes and related investments may change over time at the discretion of the adviser based on disclosures, third-party research, or subjective criteria. The adviser also decides on the allocation of investments across GBUY's key themes. The issuer acquired a passively managed fund for this space but closed the fund in November 2020. GBUY appears to be a revival with the twist of active management.
