It selects companies exhibiting six growth characteristics: future long-term growth in earnings per share (EPS), future short-term growth in EPS, three-year historical growth in EPS, three-year historical growth in sales per share, current investment-to-assets ratio, and return on assets. Securities are scored and ranked based on the composite value of these six growth factors. Overall, the fund provides market-like exposure. The index is fully reviewed on a quarterly basis.
