SCHM's selection universe almost completely excludes small- and large-cap stocks, as it focuses exclusively on tracking the Dow Jones U.S. Mid-Cap Total Stock Market Index. The index includes 500 mid-cap stocks ranked between 501 to 1,000 by market capitalization in the Dow Jones U.S. Total Stock Market Index. Components are float-adjusted market-cap weighted in the fund. The fund is simple and aims to serve as a part of the core holdings in an investors overall investment portfolio. The Issuer also has a policy of turning over 100% of net security lending revenues to investors. The index is reviewed and reconstituted annually in September, with rebalancing done every quarter.
