WFH is passively managed to invest in 40 companies that provide products and services that enable people to work from home. WFH industries include remote communications, cyber security, online project and document management, and cloud computing technologies. The Index components are selected using a natural language processing algorithm which identify WFH industries using key words from public company data, like annual reports, published business descriptions, and financial news reports. The companies within each WFH Industry are ranked based on the number of key word hits in the companys data. The top 10 companies in each of the four WFH Industries are selected then weighted equally. The Index is reconstituted and rebalanced semi-annually.
