The Production segment engages in the designing and creation of both films and fiction television programs, entertainment, contests, documentaries or any other type of audiovisual product. The Distribution segment involves in the acquisition of audiovisual rights for distribution both nationally and international, as well as the distribution of network at a global level through the channels: Nautical Channel, Class Horse TV, Class TV Moda, BOM Cine, BOM Cine Premium, Music Box, Playme and Gambero Rosso. The Services Audiovisual segment includes teleport services, broadcasting, and broadcasting of live events, and integration systems. The company was founded on October 18, 2006 and is headquartered in Madrid, Spain.
