Ador Welding Ltd. is a holding company, which engages in the manufacture and sale of welding equipment. It also offers customized solutions for multi-disciplinary projects and contracts related to refineries, oil and gas, petrochemicals, fertilizers, steel plants, pharma, water, and other chemical process industries. It operates through the following segments: Consumables, Equipment and Automation, and Flares and Process Equipment Division. The Consumables segment comprises of electrodes, wires, agency items related to consumables from Silvassa, Raipur, and Chennai plant. The Equipment and Automation segment includes equipment, spares, cutting products and agency items from Chinchwad plant. The Flares and Process Equipment Division segment provides services like design, manufacture, erection and commissioning, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation of process packages, process equipment, flare system and components, and EPC contracts. The company was founded in 1951 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.
