BPCL - Breakout Candidate A prime target of the govt for disinvestment. Announced a massive dividend as well. Everything is in place for the company to soon be sold to a private player. The price keeps making higher lows and also has a C&H pattern. Long above 485. SL below 465. First target 510 and then 550.
