CEAT Breakout from Head n ShouldersCEAT just broke out from the neckline of a not_perfect head and shoulder pattern. Yet the neckline resistance was respected all along.
Its retesting the neckline zone. If the resistance of neckline has turned into support, a possible breakout from the triangle /trendline can be expected.
Small yellow sup/res levels can still cause the reversal or sideways movement. or even downside, to dance in the tringle.
Ceat : Bulls tires are good or Are they tired ?!Though we can't call it as perfected inverted head & shoulders to a certain extent , for the purpose of trade setup it appears to be valid pattern. Here we are aiming at 1840's in Ceat but depending on price action around that zone we may have chance for shorts or another extended bull move. CEAT - Playing with Cypher Pattern -Extended X-Factor TrendlineIt is not a cypher bookish pattern as D-leg should be retrace only 78.6% of XA leg but in present case it has extended to 130-140% of XA.
I am playing with X-factor Trendline which passes exactly at the top of 1472 recent top where possible D-leg can end.
2 points to confirm a trendline & 3points to draw a valid trendline is what technical analysis teaches- so here is the application with some cypher juices modified.
Trading Strategy
Once Ceat starts falling below 1418- recent low -we will look to sell. Once pattern activates -recent high below 1472 high should be put as stops for lower targets.
