CERA SANITARYWARE LTD AnalysisFOR LEARNING PURPOSE CERA SANITARYWARE LTD - The current price of CERA SANITARYWARE LTD is 10420.45 rupees I am going to buy this stock because of the reasons as follows- 1. Its coming out from a good consolidation base 2. Its making a new high. Its breaking resistance of last 10 months and making ATH 3. Cera is on a bull run, chart indicates further rise in price!Weekly Chart The stock has been experiencing a strong upward trend, consistently pushing its highs and lows to new heights. We've noticed that the bullish pole and flag pattern appeared twice in a row, indicated a solid presence of buyers in this stock. Recently, a breakout occurred on the weekly chart with high trading volume, suggesting that the price is set to rise again. Daily Chart Following a notable rejection around the 9,600 mark, the stock experienced a considerable correction. The formation of a Double Bottom pattern signaled a reversal in the downtrend, leading to a robust upward movement. This impressive rally brought the price back to its former resistance level, but it struggled to break through, leading to a period of consolidation just beneath that threshold. In an unexpected turn, the stock gapped up and successfully surpassed its immediate resistance, maintaining its position above this critical level. With trading volume on the rise, there is a promising outlook for a significant upward surge in the stock price. Longby GoodluckCapital7
CERA bullish; above 9740 ? - Tuesday 6th Aug.CERA: Bullish if ~50-week long Cup & Handle is broken on good volumes and sustains. The above information does not constitute investment/trading recommendation and it is purely for educational purpose.... INTRADAY Trading Strategy in 3 stages of breakouts: 1) Impulse upmove stage: The strong upmove (nearly upto 1.5% from trigger-price) happens within five minutes. "High Risk Traders" buy on breakouts in hope of continuation of upmove. "High Risk Traders" may have to patiently wait through the Pullback-Consolidation stage to realize profits. High risk:High reward set up as breakouts may fakeout (reversal)also 2) Pullback-Consolidation stage: After the above "Impulse upmove stage"; the price may then pull back and move sideways (between "Open" price and "High" of the above "Impulse upmove stage"). "Safe traders" with minimum risk profile wait for a breakout from the consolidation stage to enter into trade , to book high profits in the final "Breakout continuation" stage 3) Breakout continuation: Stocks often in the third stage breaks up above the "High" of the first "Impulse upmove stage" and continue to go higher again.(another 2-3%) Both Safe Traders/High Risk Traders book profits at this stage SWING Trading Strategy: Position is kept open, only upon stock closing above the entry price on day closing basis and is held on for 5-10 trading sessions for larger gains (5-10%) The above information do not constitute, financial, investment, trading, or other types of advice or recommendation. CERA: Cup and Handle BreakoutTrading Strategy : Stock has given a breakout of the formation of cup and handle . One should buy the stock near the current level i.e. 7154 and keeping a stop loss of 6500 , look for the target of 9000 in the coming weeks and months. Buy: CMP Stop loss : 6500 Targets: Tgt 1: 8200 Tgt 2: 9000 Theory: The Cup with Handle is a bullish continuation pattern that marks a consolidation period followed by a breakout. It was developed by William O'Neil and introduced in his 1988 book, How to Make Money in Stocks. As its name implies, there are two parts to the pattern: the cup and the handle. The cup forms after an advance and looks like a bowl or rounding bottom. As the cup is completed, a trading range develops on the right-hand side and the handle is formed. A subsequent breakout from the handle's trading range signals a continuation of the prior advance. Trend: To qualify as a continuation pattern, a prior trend should exist. Ideally, the trend should be a few months old and not too mature. The more mature the trend, the less chance that the pattern marks a continuation or the less upside potential. Cup: The cup should be “U” shaped and resemble a bowl or rounding bottom. A “V” shaped bottom would be considered too sharp of a reversal to qualify. The softer “U” shape ensures that the cup is a consolidation pattern with valid support at the bottom of the “U”. The perfect pattern would have equal highs on both sides of the cup, but this is not always the case. Cup Depth: Ideally, the depth of the cup should retrace 1/3 or less of the previous advance. However, with volatile markets and over-reactions, the retracement could range from 1/3 to 1/2. In extreme situations, the maximum retracement could be 2/3, which conforms with Dow Theory. Handle: After the high forms on the right side of the cup, there is a pullback that forms the handle. Sometimes this handle resembles a flag or pennant that slopes downward, other times it is just a short pullback. The handle represents the final consolidation/pullback before the big breakout and can retrace up to 1/3 of the cup's advance, but usually not more. The smaller the retracement, the more bullish the formation and significant the breakout. Sometimes it is prudent to wait for a break above the resistance line established by the highs of the cup. Volume: There should be a substantial increase in volume on the breakout above the handle's resistance. Target: The projected advance after breakout can be estimated by measuring the distance from the right peak of the cup to the bottom of the cup.Longby TradingSutraUpdated 7
