Godrej Property - Positional SetupThe chart is self-explanatory. If stock gives a breakout above 1225, and sustains above can see the levels of 1300/1400.
MACD crossover is likely to take place.
Exit the setup if the price goes below 1120 levels on a closing basis for a couple of days.

swingI have done the analysis in 4h time chart which is best for swing trade as the time interval is neither too short like intraday or long for longterm inevestment.
in the above chart the stock be seen breaking a triangular pattern.
If it gives retest in the resistance line in the triangular pattern an ideal entry can be made near opening of tommorows 4h candle.
profit can be booked by trailing using the 13 day ema

In the case of Positional trades, it is primarily the previous swings.
I do not use Stop Loss most of the time. But I manage my risk with options as I do most of the trades using derivatives.

LONG TERM PICKS Godrej properties is good to consider for long term as it has almost corrected about 100% since it's top. And looking onto the fundamnetals conanies revenue has now grown up as well as the profitability.
Moreover technically stock is at its most important support.

GODREJPROP at Confluence of SupportsGODREJPROP chart on the weekly time frame is holding at a bunch of old supports. The stock is bouncing off its 200WMA from where it has bounced every time it has touched, since the beginning. The stock is also bouncing off 1225 support/resistance zone.
Looks like a great buying opportunity for 1-2 years for the stock to go up and ultimately reach its all-time high zone of 2600. Stop loss at risk-management zone of 1130.

Swing opportunity | Godrej property | LongGODREJPROP is reaching to its immediate resistance and likely to break it so we can expect a decent upside move . Now why I am expecting break out in upside :
1) US market is short term over sold and any short covering will turn FII mood positive in Indian real estate stocks where GODREJPROP is the market leader.
2) Monthly expiry : If stock started travelling above 1340 huge short covering will trigger in call options that will help spot price to run towards 1400 levels.
3)From last 3 years there was positive reversal has been seen in the stock at the end of august series.
