1. In a strong supply zone. Unable to sustain at those levels.
2. Negative RSI divergence (Mere RSI divergence is not a trigger for a trade, but in combination with other factors, it acts as an additional trigger)
3. Probable Trendline break, on downside
4. Head & Shoulder pattern under formation. Completion of Right shoulder and break below trendline would result in a good fall.
How to trade :
WE SHOULD WAIT FOR THE FORMATION OF RIGHT SHOULER. ONCE IT BREAKS BELOW THE NECK LINE OF H&S.. ON A PULLBACK, we can short HeroMoto in Intraday or as in a swing trade.
Will post an update about exact levels here, once it breaks the trendline (i.e. probable neckline of H&S)

Going to retest the 3460-80 levels, if breaks 4000
results are nearing by, here is the plan:
Market takes the share price near to 3480 by today or tomorrow and once the results are out,
3480 will be broken and 4000 will be the target.
HeroMotors - Breaks the ResistancePrice closed above the resistance for the week as expected. Now it should fly big or a retest of the breakout level is also possible.
One can enter at the retest if it happens . . if conservative then one can enter when this current high is broken after the retest.

Heromotoco for 25th janWhenever it is crossing ema with RSI crossover it giving bullish momentum. so again it is at a crucial point.
