Bearish Price action in NYKAANYKAA is looking very weak in chart, after testing 3rd time its 9 months long support last week it finally break down. Consecutive lower high formation after testing the support is further confirming the weakness.
Taking reverse Cup & Handle in consideration It is supposed to test 675 level in coming months.
Nykaa consolidation phase Weekly chart of Nykaa, price is consolidating in a range since 9th May, something is brewing up in this counter, any day closing above 1506 can bring 1860 in quick time. if you get entry near 1307 /1340 then great risk reward, SL closing below 1300.
NYKAA at All time lowAt all time low with divergence in RSI, even bonus announcement could not turn around the sentiments
none of the patterns activate before 1540 high is taken out !!

Before going long check following observations..
1)You can see Ultra high volume candle which is shown on chart. Sellers tried very hard to push the price down but not successful and long lower wick formed suggests very good support.
2)Next doji candle formed and reacted from support..
3) After doji candle good volume green candle formed suggest buying activity..
4)Recent hammer candle formed with more volume than previous 6 candles suggests trend reversal.
5) No major selling volume observed at support level after ultra high volume candle..
6) Price Respected support very well

as per analysis go for upside when breakout of upper trendline
Bottom fishing in NYKAANYKAA stock is trading near an all time volume profile level. Consolidating in a triangle pattern.
SYMMETRIC TRIANGLE BREAKOUT ???im pretty confident with this one to end up going in my favor. but again anything can happen and i could completely be off.

NYKAA on 07 Aug 2022NYKAA is in Accumulation Phase from Last 3 Months.
Moving in a very restricted range ready for triangle Breakout.
As of now volume is low, BO with good Volume bar will be a good entry.
First Entry for Buying can be done after Triangle Breakout.
As per triangle Breakout Tgt is 1860 and keep SL 1200.
Second Entry for Buying can be done after Resistance Breakout of 1550 level.
As per Resistance Breakout Tgts are good upside for Swing and Positional trade keeping SL 1200.
All time Breakout above 2580.
So NYKAA is:-
Buy above 1550 (or triangle Breakout)
Swing Tgt 1 = 1860
Swing Tgt 2 = 1745
Swing Tgt 3 = 1898
Positional Tgt 1 = 2178
Positional Tgt 2 = 2400
Positional Tgt 3 = 2565
StopLoss = 1200
Average out at 1314.

NYKAA new stock new zone??Nykaa has broken past its symmetrical triangle pattern but is still ' guarded ' by a box consolidation which provides higher confluence and a break from this can take Nykaa to a new zone with very little stoppage till 1876. Patience is Key.
