ONGC at very crucial level , for positional point of view.ONGC at the resistance line as well as 200EMA on weekly chart. Keep it in your radar, because you know how it going to fly after breakout of such a very very strong resistance line. If it breaks it will BOOM. One can also see the increase in the volume in the recent weeks.
