Application of Wave Theory and Their dangerous MisunderstandingsI have made small efforts in giving an Moderate Explanation on how the wave theory should be accounted while taking a trade based on Elliott wave theory
I can see many people try to put up labels and other diagrams in the chart , but reality is far away form them ,
My advise to you all is dont blindly believe , take proper logical approach and take decision when viewing complete charts

SUN TV-SHORTSUN TV: Trade from Top, DOJI/Pin Bar at the top. RSI-85. Short only below 471 - Intraday - Target-Open
LongSUN TV break the 2 year trendline which acting as a dynamic resistance for it. Try to accumulate it in the range of 450-420 it will give very good profit in with in 1-3 months. 530/680+

* trend has been reversed
*looks good initially till 514

RANGE BREAKOUT - LONG SETUPStock has given a good bullish breakout from the 4 month long consolidation zone and also its strong resistance has been taken out with massive volumes and RSI confirming bullish momentum.
If it continues to sustain above 430, one can look for a long opportunity for short to mid term view.
Wait for a right price action before entering.
