TWOX aims to provide income during a moderate growth cycle in the US equity market. The fund seeks to provide an enhanced return, approximately 2x, the iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV) up to a cap, for investors holding shares over a full calendar quarter, while tracking the downside performance on a 1:1 basis. Outcomes are intended for investors holding shares throughout the full calendar quarter. The fund uses FLEX options and futures to pursue the desired outcomes, trading a new set of options at the end of each calendar quarter. Investors transacting mid-period, may not fully realize the intended results. Prior to April 17, 2025, the fund was named iShares Large Cap Accelerated ETF.
