ATM Grupa SA engages in the production and distribution of television programs and movies. It operates through the following segments: Television and Film Production, Fixed Asset Management, Computer Game Production, Development Activities, and Other Activities. The Television and Film Production segment includes production of programming of all television genres for external clients, group purposes production and co-production of feature films, sale of licenses for finished productions, and formats produced or owned by the group of third parties. The Asset Management segment provides auxiliary services for television, film, theater and other genres using the group's technical resources and infrastructure. The Computer Game Production segment includes activities in production of games and mobile applications for iOS, Android, MAC and providing advertising spaces therein. The Development Activities segment includes the implementation of construction projects related to the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. The Other segment consists of other activities, including the sale of goods, services provided by the accounting office, sale of property, production and sale of computer games and software, and interest revenue from bank deposits and loans extended to non-group entities. The company was founded by Tomasz Kazimierz Kurzewski, Mariusz Piesiewicz and Andrzej Ziemianski in 1992 and is headquartered in Bielany Wroclawskie, Poland.
