The Cement segment includes the manufacturing of clinker and concrete products. The Construction Materials and Trading segment refers to the quarry operations, production, and sale of premix, wires, and general trading. The Road Maintenance segment focuses on road construction and maintenance. The Property Development and Related Services segment offers property holding, project management, lodges accommodation, and hotel operations. The Phosphate segment engages in manufacturing of food, feed, and fertilizer phosphate products. The Strategic Investments segment focuses on education and investments through the associates and joint ventures. The Others segment pertains to the head office, management services, investment holding, and dormant companies. The company was founded on October 8, 1974 and is headquartered in Kuching, Malaysia.
