NPC Resources Bhd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the management of plantation, fisheries, and hotels. It operates through the following segments: Plantation and Milling, Fishery, Hotelier, and Corporate. The Plantation and Milling segment involves in the cultivation and sale of palm oil products. The Fishery segment includes fish rearing, hatchery and sale of fishes. The Hotelier segment deals with hotel operations. The Corporate segment refers to group-level corporate services, treasury, and purchasing functions and business investments. The company was founded by Pang Kee Loo in 1981 and is headquartered in Sandakan, Malaysia.
