DIME seeks capital appreciation by investing in exchange-traded products that provide exposure to digital assets beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum (e.g., AVAX, DOT, SEI). The fund invests exclusively in Stablecoins (Altcoins), which are more stable and pegged to fiat currencies. At least 80% of securities are from the CoinShares-Compass Crypto Altcoin Index, which tracks a basket of Altcoins that are native tokens of Layer 1 Digital Asset Protocols (foundational blockchain networks that process and validate transactions on their own base layer). Eligible digital assets that serve as alternatives to BTC and ETH must underlie a physically backed ETP or derivative, USD-traded on an eligible exchange, not focused on privacy nor have known security vulnerabilities, and supported by recognized custodians/market makers with available pricing. The equal-weighted index is rebalanced quarterly. The actively managed fund-of-funds does not track the reference index, as it invests exclusively in ETPs.
