EEE blends two indices, splitting investments between traditional equities and Ether (ETH). Approximately 75% of the funds assets are invested in US large-cap stocks included in the S&P 500. The remaining 25% is held either directly through a Cayman Islands subsidiary or indirectly via Ether futures contracts and Ethereum ETPs, with futures and ETP exposuregenerally cappedat 10%. Direct ETHholdings are securely stored in cold storage. Futures contracts are typically rolled over during the last week of each month, though adjustments may be made based on prevailing market conditions.
