The fund is passively managed to hold a sustainable portfolio of stocks around the globe. Eligible securities must have gross revenue of 1 billion USD. The index initially screens the eligible universe to remove companies with low financial health or involvement in controversial business activities. Remaining securities are scored against their peers on up to 25 key performance indicators that cover various ESG and clean economy criteria. The index selects 100 equities with the highest scores within their respective industries. The resulting portfolio is equally weighted and rebalances on an annual basis.
