The fund is actively managed to invest in equities that exhibit above-average dividend yields. In selecting emerging market equities, the portfolio manager assesses the economic outlook of the emerging markets, including expected growth, market valuations, and economic trends. The stock selection process involves fundamental research and quantitative, technical, and material ESG factors, including intrinsic value, liquidity, and overall portfolio risk. The fund may invest up to 10% in mutual funds managed by RBC GAM or an affiliate. The fund may also use derivatives such as options, futures, forward contracts, securities lending, repurchase, and reverse repurchase transactions to generate additional income or as a shortterm cash management tool. The ETF Series units intend to distribute any net income quarterly starting March in cash. The fund intends to distribute any net capital gains annually in December.
