Stock: Bajaj Auto. If you watch monthly chart, around sep'10 stock has made high of 3000 and stock life time high was 4350 which was in feb'21.. That means in 12 yrs from 2010 to 2022 stock has not given enough return as compare to the market. But now on chart there is sign of reversal and seems stock is ready to start for fresh journey.
CMP: 3634
Target: 4600/5700/7200
Stop loss: 3000(WCB).

bajaj auto for very very long termAs we can see yellow trendline, i have shown how bears trapped bulls after touching trendline and fell two times but third time, this resistance trendline was finally breached upside. Now the thing is in monthly timeframe this trendline is never retested to bounce back and continue uptrend. So according to me, this line will be tested and work as extreme support and this time bulls will trap bears on this line as shown on chart. So, buy in delivery near 3106 for target of 5600. Also note that 3480 is very good support if we see in monthly timeframe. So, We can only see price action when this level is hit, target from here also will be 5600.
