Caplipoint Lab : Flag and Pole pattern : 16/05/2021Caplipoint Lab can be seen making Flag and Pole pattern in daily timeframe. Minor resistance around 615.
A Flag and pole pattern is formed when the stock consolidates in a narrow range after a sharp move. Safe trading strategy can be to enter into this stock when it gives breakout of the narrow range and target should be the length of the pole of flag.
Here, Length of the pole is from 490 to 600 i.e. 110 points.
Breakout of the Flag is at around 600 levels (which also happens to be a breakout level in weekly chart).
Above 600, this can continue its bull run to 700 ++
We can place stop loss at 475
Target Risk to Reward : 1:4

FALLING WEDGE PATTERN IN CAPLIN POINTThe stock is looking bullish above 485-487 levels as is on the verge of breakout of the Falling Wedge price pattern, Breakout of which may lead the price to 545-547 levels with the stop below 447.
Buy! Buy! Buy! CAPLIPOINT @513 with TGT: 532.35 and SL: 495.65CAPLIPOINT is showing bullish flag breakout in both Hourly and Daily chart. This is also supported by the DI+ Crossover with ADX over 25 which shows the bullish momentum is going to continue.The RSI is also not in overbought level.
Buy: 513, TGT-1: 532.35, TGT-2:539.75

Looks like poll flag breakout, with strong basic fundamentals.NSE:CAPLIPOINT Stock looks good above 500 or on retest of channel with SL of 430.

Good patterncaplipoint was in consolidation phase for almost 7-8 months . It has come out of the traingle pattern .
We can expect a big move . If there is big positive candle with good volumn it can give long rally.
Caplin Point at a good junctureCaplin point has been moving up with good volume. Can retest previous high of 531 if it closes above trendline, else further downward movement.
