Long Deepak Nitrite @485I took a pilot position at 485 and I will be looking to add at minor corrections or on the way upward (when the price shows more strength)
Technicals: stock quickly recovered from recent COVID-19 crash lows. It held 2019 lows and surged higher very quickly to make new highs
Fundamentals:
This stock shows good sales and profit growth.
3 years of sales growth - 25.3
3 years of profit growth - 40.4
Margins at a record high of 24, although this doesn't look sustainable.
TTM earnings up 251%. lots of headroom for the stock to move up plus with decent earnings growth, this can turn out to be a multibagger.
Deepak Nitrite Descending Triangle BreakoutDEEPAKNTR has formed a descending triangle channel in 1 hour time frame over the last few days.
Theoretically a descending triangle breaks out downwards.
The price is currently hovering just above the lower side support of the triangle pattern suggesting a breakdown.
Look for SHORTING opportunities after confirmation of breakout in intraday BELOW 480 levels.

Volatility Contraction Pattern in Deepak NitrateVCP in Deepak Nitrate was clearly visible with contractions falling down consistently, First being 42% then 11.7% and then finally the tightest one at 5.2%. This is when you take the trade. A contraction below 10% means the stock has now fallen into the strongest hands ( institutional buyers) and that is why i was not worried when it came back down after a day because when you buy a tight contraction there is a high probability of the stock bouncing back as institutes add to their positions.
