Havells trading setupHow to trade is written do.
Don't take the trade under the area in yellow box. It will be very volatile and there is no setup under it.
It given falls Breakout and it is now retesting the box area.
What to do
1) Trending in daily time frame.
2)Don't short until it gives good signal bcz it is in uptrend.
3) Volume required if box broken.- Important*
4) Bullish candlestick pattern req. for long position.eg pin bar etc.
5)Let the stock made momentum.eg use adx,macd for momentum.
6)Use 5 minutes time frame to trade.
Pro tip- If it open gapup more than 2% avoid it bcz probability of winning will be 50% which is not good.
Use stoploss.
All conditions should be mate-Required*
Don't take trade if any one of the above condition is not mate.

Breakout Trading Strategy NSE:HAVELLS
Market break the resistance line but unable to close above the line and make upper shadow, that's means the chart itself respect the resistance point again. So without closing we can't rely on such breakouts. Showing upper shadow in same point on several times means the chart/market already started to ignore this price level.

Observations:
1) On 30min Time Frame, Still it has been taking support from parrallel accending support zone from long time. And it closed just above that upper trendline same like the previous trading day.

2) On 1hr time frame, it is still in accending triangle pattern. Breakout of 1260 level on hourly time frame will give good up move and can be also buy entry for positional buy trade.

On Daily time frame it has made rounding bottom pattern breakout.
Please refer below chart.
Tomorrow if it open minor gap up or flat and takes support from 1225 then it will be buy trade entry.
And if it breaks the 1225 level then it will be sell trade entry.

HAVELLS HAS DOUBLE TOP lets havells close negative candle below resistance. coz double top pattern form.
Havells to Retest Long holding resistanceOn a daily chart frame, HAVELLS has provided breakout of 2 critical resistance levels-
first at 1084 where it was struggling since 17th march.
Second critical breakout was at 1182, for which breakout happened on 2d Aug.
It will comeback to retest the last resistance as support and its near by target if taken support is 1360 & 1400 by September end.
