Above 68-69 could be a buyAt the lower end of its long term channel. The drop last week because of the bulk deal means it first needs to cross 68.5 . 82 is the region where buying/selling has taken place earlier. Momentum indicators for the moment are gradually moving up. 20 Day Sma is at the 68 level for the moment, once it crosses that can consider going long.
Will Support Hold? Motherson Sumi is a leading Auto ancillary company.
Increasing Topline with reducing Operating Margins led to bottomline contraction, and hence falling share prices, accentuated by the slowdown in Automobile space.
With the Auto sector slowly reviving, and a normalish quarter, it remains to see if the price can gather some support here.
