A rally to exitSenco CMP 1028 Inverted V- that's a directional signal and preparing you in advance, that the fall has just begun. Fib- the stock is at fib and trendline support. Hence a rally from here is very likely. In my view 1259 is a high probability from here. Elliott- The A leg of the correction has 5 waves hence this is the first leg of the 3-wave correction. The B wave can go all the way to 1400. Conclusion- since I can see the Inverted V I will not want to push my luck. In my view one should book it around the 1260 zone.

A rally to exitSenco Gold CMP - 1104 Elliott- the current dip has five waves which means it is just the first wave A of the three wave correction. The stock is likely to rally to 1400 and complete its B wave from where its C wave down fall should begin. Hence this rally is an opportunity to exit. Since the 1400 zone is some 30% from here it is an opportunity for traders. RSI - RSI has reached the bull zone at this support . Hence we know the bull trend still has strength. On this rally RSI is likely to stop around the 60-65 zone which is its bear zone.

Can Senco Gold Sustain the breakout?NSE:SENCO is a curious stock for me. The business is growing and easy to understand. With Kiara Advani as brand ambassador the brand has been able to build pan India trust. But all of us in the stock market know that charts have a life of their own. The case remains to be seen whether this solid breakout can be held. The breakout came on the 15th of April which was a dull day because of Iran attacking Israel over the preceding weekend. The stock is also rallying because gold is rallying. Too many variables benefiting it (from chart strength to business fundamentals to sectoral tailwinds). The problem however is that sometimes charts do not hold their breakouts and that is what is visible from today's candle. Too early to call anything. Let me know in the comments below whether you feel the stock can hold its breakout? My Stop Loss is at 870. I remain bullish from a medium to long term perspective.

A period of price consolidation must take place in thebase. Price consolidation occurs after a stock has moved up in the price, the consolidation (or correction) is a constructive chart pattern that allows the stock to digest the bullish price movement. Price volatility must contract through the base (from left to right). During this period of price consolidation the stock price will correct. Price must correct through a series of smaller contractions. Each contraction should be tighter than the last, representing the absorption of more weak holders. Ideally this pattern has between2-4 contractions.
