The Property Development and Management segment acquires, develops, sells, and manages a diverse mix of commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail property assets across Nigeria. The Trustees and Others segment comprises of trustee management, corporate services, investment, and property management. The company was founded by Oluwole B. Oshin on August 22, 1991 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.
