The Enzymes segment is composed of sales revenues and operating expenses associated with the subsidiary ArcticZymes AS, which develops and markets recombinant enzymes for use in life science research, molecular diagnostics, and bio-manufacturing. The Corporate segment provides a range of administrative services to the subsidiary. The company was founded by Jan Raa and Gunnar Rorstad in November 1990 and is headquartered in Tromso, Norway.
