Sunhawk Vision Biotech is a startup founded by Prof. Suh-Hang Juo from China Medical University, Taiwan. The myopia epidemic in Asia – in some countries, over 85% of the population has shortsightedness – has brought great business opportunities. Efforts are currently underway to complete toxicological tests in 2020, assisting Investigational New Drug (IND) application in 2020-2021. Our SHJ002 features include the following: 1. More effective with fewer side effects than atropine eye drops that are used clinically. 2. Free from the risks of laser eye surgery, eliminating the inconvenience of wearing glasses. 3. Reduce the progression of myopia; prevent complications of short sightedness. 4. No toxicities are observed in animal toxicological tests.
