F.C.C. Co., Ltd. engages in the manufacture and sale of clutches for automobiles, motorcycles, general-purpose machinery and others. It operates through following divisions: Motorcycle Clutch, Automobile Clutch and General Purpose Clutch divisions. The Motorcycle Clutch division manufactures and sells motorcycles, scooters, ATVs (buggy) and clutches for general-purpose machines, as well as other parts and components for motorcycles and automobiles. The Automobile Clutch division handles the manufacture and sale of clutches for automatic cars and manual cars. The General Purpose Clutch division originally developed for four-wheel ATVs. The company was founded on June 15, 1939 and is headquartered in Hamamatsu, Japan.
