The fund seeks to emulate the performance of the Solactive Global Cloud Computing Index, representing companies in cloud computing across developed markets. The index starts from a universe of small-, mid-, and large-cap companies that may be classified within defined industry groups, industries and sub-industries related to cloud computing under the FactSet Revere Business Industry Classification System (RBICS). Security selection is based on minimum market-cap and average daily traded value requirements where all eligible securities ranking at the top of each sub-industry chosen. The top 50 securities by market-cap are selected for the index. Additionally, a specific rule is mentioned where the security with the largest share class market-cap for the sub-industry Internet Department Stores must be included. Constituents are weighted according to their share class market capitalization with a 7.5% cap placed on individual securities. This is to ensure diversification and to limit overconcentration.
