HHIC Is an actively managed fund seeking to provide high monthly cash distributions and capital appreciation by investing, on a levered basis, in equity securities of Canadian companies or related ETFs managed by the Issuer. The ETF may use covered call strategies on up to 50% of the portfolio to enhance yield and maintain diversification. As an alternative mutual fund, the fund may invest more than 10% of its assets in a single issuer and use strategies like cash borrowing and short selling (up to 50% of NAV). These strategies may increase risk during certain market conditions. The ETF does not hedge foreign currency exposure.
