The fund is an actively managed fund that starts with its investable universe, which consists of dividend-paying, US-listed financial companies whose market capitalization is at least $10 billion USD. These securities are then equally weighted to construct a portfolio that the manager perceives as Bank Leaders. HBUL writes covered call options on up to 33% of the eligible holdings to decrease volatility. Fund reconstitution and rebalancing is done quarterly.
