The fund provides exposure to Canadian equities identified to have high free cash flow yields. Using a rules-based methodology, the fund considers large- and mid-cap stocks from a starting universe of 150 companies. The fund selects the 35 companies with the highest cash flow yield that meet market-cap and liquidity requirements. The portfolio is also weighted based on a stocks trailing 12-month free cash flow, with capping limits for each company to a maximum of 6% and any one sector at 40%. The index is reconstituted and rebalanced quarterly on February, May, August, and November.
