The fund provides exposure to equities from developed markets that are identified to have high free cash flow yields. Using a rules-based methodology, the fund considers large- and mid-cap stocks from a starting universe of publicly listed companies from developed markets that excludes North American companies. The fund also excludes stocks from the financial sector that the issuer believes are difficult to define for debt and reinvestment, which are used to calculate free cash flow yield. The fund selects 50 companies that meet market-cap and liquidity requirements and have the highest cash flow yield. The portfolio is weighted based on a stocks trailing 12-month free cash flow, with each company capped to a maximum of 4% and any sector or country capped to 40%. The index is rebalanced semi-annually
