The fund is designed to provide exposure to global companies found in the infrastructure sector. In seeking stable monthly distributions and capital appreciation, the fund selects dividend-paying firms that derive majority of their revenues from products or services related to physical infrastructure assets and related industries such as utilities, water and smart grids, energy transmission and storage, renewable power generation, towers and communication, data centers and clean technologies. The fund also screens the eligible companies based on environmental, social and governance considerations to provide sustainability. Its active strategy ultimately means the securities in this fund are selected at the fund managers discretion if they believe these securities will help in achieving the funds goal. The fund was converted from the Sustainable Infrastructure Dividend Fund, an open-ended mutual fund, to an ETF.
