The fund tracks the popular Russell 2000 Index (CAD-Hedged) - a broad basket of US small-cap stocks containing the 1001st through the 3000th securities pulled from the Russell 3000 index, which covers approximately 10% of its total market capitalization. It may invest in securities across various sectors and industry groups without any bias while employing a currency hedging strategy with respect to the US dollar. Selected securities are then weighted by market-cap and rebalanced quarterly. Overall, XSU captures the US small-cap space well and favors investors seeking exposure to the long-term growth potential of smaller companies. The index is reconstituted annually.
