The fund provides pure-play exposure to infrastructure companies listed in North America that are included in the Dow Jones Brookfield Global Infrastructure North American Listed Index which weights its constituents by market-cap with single security capping at 10%. The index considers a company to be eligible if it generates at least 70% of its estimated cash flows from the development, ownership, lease, concession or management of infrastructure assets, along with meeting minimum market-cap and average daily trading volume requirements. The fund is primarily designed for investors seeking growth solutions while exposed to a diversified portfolio of global infrastructure equities. Additionally, it holds the constituents securities in the same ratio as they are seen in the index. The index is rebalanced semi-annually and reweighted quarterly.
