I have been using EightCap for 6 months now but it has been lagging recently, i am constantly get logged out and when i log in, i cannot connect to my account. Something is definitely wrong

good just sometime have few problems signing in and it disconnects itself from the trading platform, other than that all good

Unstable broker during high peak trade

A lot of errors and interruptions in trading session today. One of them cost me 500 bucks hundred bucks when I couldn’t close

Worked flawlessly for a year and now have constant common error or connection issue when logging in, have lost multiple trades now with the constant logging out and refusal to log back in

Integration with TradingView is horrible. Constant delays, logging me out automatically every time I close my laptop, takes time to connect after logging in, and lately very often technical issues with no possibility of accessing the account on TradingView or freezes in the middle of the trade.

Fix your system, so difficult logging in

Some issues, take some margin but still a broker.
