I’ve been trading with FOREX.com through TradingView for a while now and I’m extremely satisfied. The connection between my FOREX.com account and TradingView is seamless – orders go straight from the chart with fast and reliable execution. Spreads on the major FX pairs are consistently competitive, and I haven’t run into any unpleasant surprises with fees or withdrawals. The platform feels stable even around news events, and the range of instruments (FX and CFDs) is more than enough for my strategy. Whenever I’ve needed help, customer support has been quick and professional. Overall, a trustworthy broker that works perfectly with TradingView – easy 5/5 from me and I’m happy to recommend it to other traders.

This platform is very good for traders. Withdrawing funds is very easy, and the amount will be credited to our account within 2 or 3 days. They also send daily statements, so we can check our balance and the charges they have taken. Nobody pressures us to deposit funds. Overall, it is a very peaceful platform to use.

I have been using FOREX.com for some months now and I'm very satisfied. I especially like the possibility for beginners to start with a training account with "fake" money, before starting a real account. This way I felt more sure when I started my real account with real money.

Few mobile platforms manage to maintain this level of stability. Have been using FOREX.com for active trading with CFDs in indexes, stocks and crypto since January 2024 and the platform was greatly improved just within these 2 years leaving almost no wishes open. Support is always fast responding and taking care of the matter with care. Regular news and event summaries helps to stay up to date with whtas currently happening on the macro economical side.

I have been using FOREX.com for trading, and my experience is mixed. The platform itself is fast and easy to use, but there are a few things that need improvement. Customer support sometimes takes too long to respond, and the withdrawal process can be confusing—especially when the “Available for Withdrawal” balance doesn’t match the account balance. I appreciate the trading tools and the stability of the platform, but I hope they improve transparency and make the account and withdrawal system clearer for customers. Overall, FOREX.com is a good broker, but it still needs better customer communication and faster service.
While we strive to make our withdrawal process as seamless as possible, we must balance this with our duty as a regulated firm to verify details under the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines set forth by our regulator. As you know, ACH deposits take 7 days to clear, but such deposits are credited to the account automatically once verified in good faith even if the funds have not reached your trading account. Once cleared, you do not need to wait 7 business days and should be able to withdraw immediately.
Since Forex.com bought out City Index it has been horrendous. I had one account linked to my Trading View platform and one to my Ninjatrader platform. From the word go, I was unable to use my Ninjatrader platform which was something to do with my login details which had never changed. It didn't seem to matter how many emails I sent to support, they had no idea what they were doing! With partial template generated responses with the same ridiculous suggestions, I realised that they were only guessing as to how to fix whatever issue it was, and then it just became all too hard for them to sort it out. I have never been so frustrated with a broker before. It was obvious that I was dealing with staff that did not know what they were doing. Due to this frustration I have closed my accounts. Do yourself a favour and do not deal with this circus. Unbelievably disappointing.
