After my original review, I was contacted immediately about my issue and the support person answered all my questions completely. Please be aware that spot forex does not have centralized volume, so if you are getting volume for a forex pair somewhere else, it must be synthetic and isn't really real, since nobody has complete centralized volume statistics for forex.
