The refresh times on trades are very slow. Sometimes I'll close out of a trade with the impression that I made a profit, only for the screen to refresh with the real value. This isn't due to price change, but a slower refresh rate, which causes the platform to display old values. It is also not a wifi problem.

I'm giving them 4 stars. And here's why. I have another business which is my primary source of income and I do all my work on my mac. But I also want to keep checking the charts for possible trade opportunities. So using MT4 on boot camp is not practical. Now, I like FOREX.com as a broker. Good customer service, great fees with reasonable spreads. But their online trading platforms are a lagging mess. Charts take for ever to load. When you're in a trade the price lags behind of where your position actually is, which causes issues when closing a trade. I think they really need to improve upon that. That's why I've decided to use tradingview as my platform on the computer and MT4 on my phone. In the end for every problem there is a solution.

I think it's really great. What I really love about it is that I can fund my account instantly and withdraw profits very fast. It works with Tradingview and the app is great too because I can monitor trades and easily get out of positions when I'm ready to take profit.

I think the world of forex.com's webtrader. However, I am concerned that I webtrader does not offer the rich support for programming that TradingView offers. I have done some programming on TradingView and find it fascinating. Is there somewhere I can go to implement programming on webtrader or do I have to rely on its downsized features. How much does it cost to use a less limited version of TradingView?

Very fast but does not provide volume.

I love everything about Forex.com! I would very much like for the platform to add indexes like the Dow or S&P500.
