Requested a metatrader spread-only account on Sunday. Feedback was that it would be approved in 2 business days. This is closing in on the 3rd business day and I have not received a response. Called and was told they were backed up due to Covid. I was able to get a standard forex account funded in 2 minutes; not sure why it takes longer for the Metatrader version.

It's not a bad exchange. I would like to have the options to set stoplosses and take profits when place orders at market price.

spread is to high. round trip trade is 2-5 pips per trade. I'm in and out of trades. This adds up. and no leverage. I'm testing it. but considering on dropping it. The reason I like it is because you guys are regulated. Imagine if you improve on your fees. You would get an amazing amount of business. All these people using unregulated accounts would jump over to you.

Great broker, I love trading directly on TRADINGVIEW too, this is the main reason for leaving previous broker.
Spreads can be annoying at times but overall a great service to trade with!
